At Terraverde Leather, our leather jackets and leather goods are carefully prepared and processed before shipment to help ensure they meet our quality standards.

Order Preparation Time

Please allow approximately 10 to 15 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

This preparation period may include order processing, product preparation, quality inspection, packaging, and fulfillment.

Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery is generally expected within 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or other transportation disruptions.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Terraverde Leather is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
