Terraverde Leather is owned and operated by SAT AMERICANA LLC. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SAT AMERICANA LLC and Terraverde Leather, as applicable.

1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding transaction, to place an order.
You may shop through a customer account or guest checkout where available.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials secure.
We may restrict an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.
2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and other legitimate purposes.
You may not use it to commit fraud, access systems without permission, introduce harmful code, interfere with website security, misuse another person’s information, infringe legal rights, or copy protected content through unauthorized automated methods.

Real leather may naturally vary in grain, texture, markings, creasing, tone, and shade.
Photography, lighting, screens, and devices may also affect how colors appear.
Natural variation alone does not make a product defective.
4. Product Availability
Products, sizes, colors, and variations remain subject to availability.
Some products may be prepared, produced, customized, or completed after an order is placed.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will provide an appropriate option, which may include an alternative, waiting for availability, or a refund.
5. Custom and Made to Measure Orders
We may offer custom made, made to measure, personalized, or individually prepared products.
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, spelling, design references, and personalization details.
If an issue results directly from information supplied incorrectly by you, we may not be responsible for the resulting fit or specification difference.
Errors caused by us will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Return eligibility is governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted.
We may review, refuse, or cancel an order because of product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, missing information, unusual purchasing activity, or suspected unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Pricing and Sales Tax
Prices are shown in the currency displayed or selected on our website.
If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs before fulfillment, we may offer you the choice to continue at the corrected price or cancel the affected item.
U.S. Sales Tax
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
We currently collect applicable sales tax on orders delivered to Virginia.
Sales tax in other U.S. jurisdictions will be collected only when required by applicable law.

8. Payment
By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge or authorize the amount shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third party providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
An order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or completed.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Preparation times, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, lost packages, and related shipping matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. International Duties
Where stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, we cover eligible import duties on international orders.
If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests a covered duty, please contact us so the charge can be reviewed.
11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Return eligibility, exchanges, Final Sale items, damaged orders, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly when a product is marked Final Sale.
12. Promotions
Promotions, launch offers, discount codes, and similar offers may have separate conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, applied to previous purchases, or used after expiration.
Products, purchase quantities, or customers may also be subject to stated eligibility restrictions.
13. Personal Use and Resale
Our retail website is primarily intended for personal purchases.
We may review or restrict orders that reasonably indicate unauthorized commercial resale, fraud, or misuse of retail promotions.

The Terraverde Leather name, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions, website design, and other protected materials are owned by SAT AMERICANA LLC or used with permission.

15. Reviews and Customer Content
We welcome honest positive or negative feedback.
We may moderate content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant, infringing, invasive of privacy, or contains spam or malicious code.
We will not remove a legitimate review solely because it is critical.
If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you retain ownership of your original material.
You grant SAT AMERICANA LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, display, format, publish, and distribute that submitted content for our website, social media, advertising, and marketing.
You must have the right to submit any content you provide.
16. Third Party Services and Privacy
Our website may use or link to third party payment, shipping, analytics, social, or other services.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

If intentional unlawful use of our website or infringement of another person’s rights directly causes us a claim, loss, or reasonable legal expense, you may be responsible for that loss to the extent legally permitted.
This does not apply merely because a customer makes a complaint, leaves an honest review, requests a refund, or exercises a legal right.
We may place an order on hold or cancel it where we reasonably identify genuine fraud, unauthorized payment, or a material security concern.
20. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms and purchases made through our website are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except where another law must apply.
Where legally permitted, court proceedings relating to these Terms or a purchase will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Virginia.
